Hội đàm vòng 3 Việt Nam- Vatican sắp diễn ra tại Hà Nội

Như VietCatholic đã đưa tin, sau hơn 2 năm trì hoãn, hội đàm giữa hai phái đoàn hỗn hợp Việt Nam- Vatican sẽ tái nhóm họp Hà Nội vào ngày 27 và 28-2-2012.

Mặc dù nội dung phiên họp chưa được công khai nhưng thông tin đã được thì thầm ở nhiều nơi. Nguồn tin cho biết, phái đoàn Toà thánh lần này có thêm thành viên mới là Đức TGM Leopold Girrelli- đại diện không Thường trực của Toà thánh. 

Một trong những vấn đề sẽ được đề cập trong phiên họp lần này là thúc đẩy quan hệ Việt Nam- Vatican một cách toàn diện, nhưng có thể đoán là quan hệ này hiện chưa êm thấm vì vẫn còn rất nhiều vụ việc khiếu kiện liên quan đến tài sản của Giáo hội do nhiều giám mục, nhà dòng và linh mục khởi xướng. Phía Hà Nội rất lo ngại, nếu thiết lập ngoại giao, Vatican lại đòi tài sản, đất đai của giáo hội như ở các nước Đông Âu thì quá phức tạp, nên có thể nhà Nước CSVN sẽ lại kéo thêm thời gian. 

Về phía Tòa Thánh sau vụ TGM Ngô Quang Kiệt mà nay suy ra là có thể áp lực của ĐHY Tarcisio Bertone, nên sẽ rút kinh nghiệm thêm. ĐHY Bertone là nhân vật quyền lực thứ hai sau ĐGH Benêdictô XVI tại Vatican, được bổ nhiệm năm 2006 để điều hành công việc từng ngày tại Vatican, nhưng những tuần vừa qua tin tức cho thấy Ngài bị sự chống đối mãnh liệt do phía thành phần kinh nghiệm lâu năm ngoại giao Vatican tại Giáo triều vài cho là ngài là người "không chính ngạch ngoại giao" mà nắm giữa chức vụ lớn nên bị cho là không thấu hiểu tình hình chung của Giáo hội hoàn vũ. Ngài đang bị những mũi dùi chỉ trích nặng nề về những sắp đặt và đường hướng của ngài trong vài năm gần đây... nên chắc chắn phía Phái đoàn Tòa Thánh sẽ phải đối diện với những thách đố mới sau khi đã tìm hiểu được những mong ước chính đáng của thành phần giáo sĩ và giáo dân Việt nam, nhất là những vấn đề tự do tôn giáo, thành phần các tu sĩ và giáo dân bị bắt vô cớ, nhất là các cơ sở của Giáo hội vẫn còn bị chiếm hữu, làm mất đi khả năng phục vụ người nghèo qua các bệnh viện và trường học giáo dục, v.v...

Một số đề nghị từ phía Hà Nội tại cuộc đàm phán vòng 2 sẽ được lặp lại như ngưng tiến trình phong thánh cho Đức Hồng Y Nguyễn Văn Thuận vì cho rằng quá “nhạy cảm”; ngăn chặn những vụ khiếu kiện tương tự phát xuất từ các giáo xứ hay nhà dòng... nhưng chắc chắn sẽ bị phía Vatican từ chối, vì những vấn đề này liên quan đến nội bộ Giáo hội và đến vấn đề Công lý. 

Nguồn tin riêng của chúng tôi cho biết Phía phái đoàn Việt Nam rất hứng khởi muốn đẩy mạnh cuộc học tập huấn từ của Đức Benêdictô XVI “người công giáo tốt cũng là công dân tốt cho toàn giáo dân Việt Nam". Sứ điệp này đã được một số Giám mục nêu lên, nhưng hầu như không được hàng giáo sĩ và giáo dân Việt nam hưởng ứng vì cho là "xem ra Giáo hội tuyên truyền không công cho Cộng sản", đang khi chủ nghĩa Cộng sản hiện đã lỗi thời, thối nát và toàn trị. Qua vụ Đoàn văn Vươn ngay cả các đảng viên CS lão thành cũng phải than phiền vì những quan chức CSVN đã từ lâu lũng đoạn và thối nát. Thành ra phái đoàn Tòa Thánh qua vị đại diện không thường trú tại Việt Nam - đã đi thăm hết caqc giáo phận - phải biết rõ được nhu cầu mong mỏi tự do và công lý của Giáo hội Việt Nam.

Nguồn tin cũng riêng của chúng tôi cũng cho biết vấn đề nhân sự cho một số Giáo phận cũng sẽ được nêu lên. Đức TGM Nguyễn Như Thể cũa Huế đã đến tuổi hồi hưu vì đã 77 tuổi và đã nộp đơn xin từ chức và Đức TGM Nguyễn Văn Nhơn sang năm 2013 cũng phải nộp đơn vì tròn 75 tuổi theo giáo luật. Riêng Tổng giáo phận Saigòn chưa đề nghị bổ sung nhân sự mặc dù Đức Hồng Y GB. Phạm Minh Mẫn cũng đã bước qua tuổi 78 mà chưa thấy có ý kiến chính thức nào. Còn giáo phận Bùi Chu cũng xin bổ nhiệm một Giám mục phó mà giáo phận này lại dồi dào ứng viên. 

Và với nội dung như vậy thì nhiều người cho rằng, cuộc hội đàm không biết có tiến thêm một bước nào nữa không. Tuy nhiên hy vọng là là Đức TGM Leopold Girrelli qua kinh nghiệm hơn 1 năm tìm hiểu hiểu về nội tình Việt Nam và Giáo hội Việt Nam sẽ không làm gì tổn thương đến tương lai của Giáo hội tại Việt Nam. Cho nên cuộc hội đàm vòng 3 lần này, dư luận phải chờ xem.
